Pembrokeshire YFC Field Day

Honours were joint in the recent Pembrokeshire YFC Field Day, as two clubs came out on top. 

Llysyfran and Clunderwen shared the spoils after a successful sunny day at Trenewydd Farm, by kind invitation of Meurig and Hilary Raymond. 

Fishguard’s Steffan Wilson was named Junior Stockman of the Year as Senior Stockman of the Year was Rhydian Bevan, Llysyfran.

Llysyfran were successful once again in the Efficiency with Safety while Clunderwen were victorious in the Tractor Handling competition. Clunderwen also took first place in both the Senior and Junior fencing competition, while the Junior Nature Trail was won by Llysyfran. 

Also held throughout the day was the Rally Queen, Attendants and Male Ambassador competition. 

The judges panel deliberated hard, and crowned the new Rally Queen for 2017 was Jill Luke-Evans of Fishguard. She was joined by new Male Ambassador Iwan George from Eglwyswrw. The Queen’s Attendants for 2017 were Lisa Davies, Eglwyswrw, Christina Williams, Clunderwen, Joanna Davies, Tiers Cross and Hannah Phillips, Templeton.
